IE7 beta expected this summer amid speculation

Microsoft has announced their upcoming Internet Explorer 7 despite it’s earlier decision to hold off until the release of the next Windows OS. But there seems to be much doubt as to whether we should even bother waiting for the newer browser…will it be a success or a bust?
